Located 200 meters from Cannes train station, it is ideally situated in the heart of the city, a few minutes' walk (500m) from La Croisette, the beach, and the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès.

It is equipped with a mezzanine with a double bed, a sofa, a wardrobe, an open kitchenette with ceramic hob and a refrigerator.

Ideally located in a central neighborhood close to the city center and the train station, this freshly renovated studio is perfectly suited for conference attendees, visitors wishing to take the train to visit the towns and villages of southern France (Grasse, Menton, Vence, Antibes, Nice, Théoule, Saint Tropez and more), or summer vacationers wishing to enjoy the sea and water activities.
You will find all amenities without needing to use any transportation; public and private beaches are within walking distance, as are Provençal markets (flowers, local fish, groceries, and flea markets).
