Ideal for travelers seeking comfort and convenience, this studio lets you experience Cannes with complete serenity.


The air-conditioned studio is ideally located less than a kilometer from the Palais des Festivals and the Forville market, meaning it's just an 8-minute walk to these iconic Cannes locations.

At the foot of the building: 1 Carrefour City, 2 bakeries, 1 Thai restaurant ("SuRice"), 2 pizzerias.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable and modern space. The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa where you can relax while watching your favorite show on the television, which offers access to all international channels as well as streaming platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. Fiber optic internet is available.
