## Description

Come and discover our charming recently renovated apartment, boasting a stunning sea view. Enjoy a relaxing stay with access to the residence's swimming pool and safe, easy beach access via a pedestrian path through a park. Ideally located near all amenities, this apartment features a bathtub for those relaxing moments.  Your car will be secure. The residence also benefits from a caretaker for optimal peace of mind.


The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a sofa bed in the living room.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin.

You can enjoy a terrace with an outdoor table and four chairs, offering views of the pool and the sea.

Access to the residence’s private pool is included, and you also have direct access to the sea via the residence’s underground passages.

An underground parking space is available for your use.

A Super U supermarket is located 50 meters from the building, and in the pedestrian square, you’ll find a Basic Fit gym, two bakeries, a tobacconist, and several restaurants.
